> ZQR is the Philippines' digital trust layer — connecting PhilSys-verified identity, financial-grade e-KYC, and legally-binding (RA 8792) e-signatures. The platform serves two audiences: individual citizens and enterprises/government.

ZQR lets Filipinos verify their identity once with their PhilSys National ID and reuse that verified trust everywhere, signing documents from their phone with end-to-end encryption. For organizations, ZQR provides PhilSys e-KYC onboarding, dynamic forms, and tamper-proof X.509 / CAdES-B / RFC 3161 signatures on one compliant trust layer, exposed through a B2B API gateway.

The site has a landing chooser at `/` that routes visitors to the journey written for them: `/citizens` or `/enterprises`. The site is available in English and Filipino (Tagalog).
